Before you ask
Questions about the builder.
How does the builder work?
Pick a t-shirt, a polo or a hoodie, then the fabric, the body colour, the collar and cuffs or the neck and sleeve bands, and where your logo goes. Every choice shows its minimum, and the build starts at the highest of them. Send it, and the team comes back with a price and a mockup before anything is made.
Is what I see what I get?
It is a close guide: the colours and parts are drawn on a photograph of the garment. Before anything is made you approve a mockup, and a real sample if you want one.
Which garments build online?
The t-shirt, the polo and the hoodie. The team jersey has its own jersey maker, and sweatshirts, jackets, caps and tote bags go to a quote with your spec.
Why does an option say it is available from a number of items?
Some choices need a minimum. An extended colour is dyed from one roll of cloth, about 75 tees or 50 polos; a Pantone match starts at 300 pieces; screen printing starts at 100. The builder shows each option's minimum, and the build starts at the highest of them.
Why does the dispatch date change as I build?
A core colour with matching parts, printed or embroidered, up to 50 pieces, goes in 4 days. Contrast parts, an extended colour, screen printing or more pieces take 12 days, and a Pantone match takes 30. The builder shows the date and the reason as you choose.
What resolution does my logo need?
300 DPI at the size it will be printed. If it is lower, the builder offers to shrink it to the size that holds 300 DPI before it goes in the bag.
Can the builder remove my logo's background?
Yes, when the background is a plain colour: it is removed in your browser. Photographs are not handled, so send those as they are.
Can the collar and cuffs be a different colour?
Yes. On the polo the collar, cuffs and placket can take a contrast colour, and the collar can be flat knit, tipped or jacquard. On the t-shirt the neck and sleeve bands can contrast.
Where can my logo go?
On the front, the back and either sleeve, each inside the area the garment allows and clear of the seams, because print and embroidery cannot cross one.
