The method follows the garment. All five are done on our own floor, so your logo never leaves our hands for someone else's print shop.

What should I know about college hoodies?
The short guide.
One class rep, one sheet
A batch hoodie gets late for one reason: collecting sizes and names from sixty people in a group chat. Put it in one sheet with three columns, name as it should print, size and phone number, send the size chart with it and set a deadline that sits well clear of internals and exams. One person should own the spellings, because a nickname typed three ways is a reprint waiting to happen.
Batch hoodies and fest hoodies are different orders
A batch hoodie is kept for years, so it is worth the heavier fleece and an embroidered crest on the chest, with the year and names on the back. A fest hoodie is for the organising committee and volunteers over one weekend, carries the fest artwork and sponsor logos, and has a date that will not move. Department and club hoodies sit in between: the short name of the department across the chest is usually the whole design.
When the batch has already gone home
Final-year orders often land after the last exam, when the class is spread across the country. Delivery is anywhere in India, to one address or many, so each hoodie can go to a home address rather than to a hostel room that is already empty.

It depends on the fleece, print or embroidery, and how many places are marked. Build one in the hoodie builder for a price per piece, or send the design and the count for a quote you can share with the batch.
Can the rep order a sample hoodie first?
Yes. One hoodie is a real order, so the rep can check the fleece and the print before collecting from the rest of the batch.
What do college hoodies usually carry?
