Who you are buying from

fleeke.in and every sale on it are operated by Zorixo Creations Private Limited, registered in India, GST registered in Karnataka (29AACCZ4459K1ZN) and Tamil Nadu (33AACCZ4459K1ZY). Fleeke, The Merch Lab is a brand of Zorixo Lifestyle. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and prices

• Prices are in Indian rupees. Line prices include GST; Lab and Box quotes show GST separately.
• We photograph our pieces as truly as we can, but screens differ, so a colour may look slightly different in hand.
• Sizes are measured flat; each product page and the size chart give the measurements.
• If a price is shown in error or a piece is no longer available, we will tell you and refund anything you paid, in full.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when your payment succeeds and we email you a confirmation. A quote becomes an order when you accept it and pay as the quote sets out. A quote is valid for the period written on it.

Custom orders from the Lab and the Box

• Before we make anything, we send you a mockup or proof. Check the spelling, colours, size and placement: what you approve is what we make.
• Minimums depend on the garment, the fabric and the colour, and are shown before you commit.
• Colours dyed to order, including Pantone matches, can vary slightly from roll to roll and from the reference on screen.
• Once you approve the artwork, production starts and the order can no longer be cancelled.

Your artwork

• You confirm that you own the artwork, logos and names you send us, or have permission to use them.
• Your artwork stays yours. You allow us to reproduce it only to make your order.
• We may refuse artwork that is unlawful, offensive, or that we believe infringes someone else's rights.
• If a third party claims that artwork you supplied infringes their rights, you agree to cover the costs that claim causes us.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping and delivery policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations by our Returns policy. Both form part of these terms.

Our name and our content

Fleeke, The Merch Lab™ is our trademark. The text, photographs, film and design of this site belong to us or to those who licensed them to us, and may not be copied without permission.

Our responsibility

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed event. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. We will always try to settle a problem with you directly first.
