What should I know about custom caps?
The short guide.
Why caps are embroidered
A cap lives in sun and sweat, gets folded into a bag and is washed badly or not at all. Embroidery survives that. A print on the front panel cracks along the crease within a season, which is why you almost never see one on a cap that has lasted.
Designing for a curved panel
The front panel curves in two directions, so wide artwork distorts at the edges and anything that depends on a straight baseline fights the seam. Compact marks work. A wordmark with a long tagline under it does not, and is better split or dropped.

Are these real Flexfit caps?
Yes. Every cap is a genuine Flexfit or Yupoong Classics blank, bought through Flexfit's India distributor, and embroidered with your logo by us.
What is the minimum order for custom caps?
One cap. A single cap is a real order, at the 1 to 24 price, and a good way to see the embroidery before a bigger run.
How long do custom caps take?
Dispatched from 4 days after you approve the mockup, up to 30 for big or detailed orders, then delivered across India. Tell us your event date and we confirm it on the mockup.
Can I order a single cap to check the embroidery?
Yes. One cap is a real order at the 1 to 24 price, from ₹999, embroidered with your logo, GST and delivery included.
Are caps embroidered or printed?
Embroidered. A print on a cap front cracks along the fold, while thread survives sun, sweat and washing.
What if I need more caps than you have in a colour?
Tell us the count. Stock moves, so we confirm it on your quote and suggest the nearest cap or colour if one runs short.
Do you make custom trucker caps?
Yes. The Classics Retro Trucker (6606) is in stock in maroon and black, and the high crown Classics Trucker (6006) is made to order. Both have a mesh back, which keeps them cool in an Indian summer.
Can I put my logo on the side or back too?
Yes. A second position is quoted with your order. Send the artwork and where you want it.
