What changes at volume
Method economics invert. Screen printing, which is expensive for twenty pieces, becomes the cheapest option for five hundred, because the screens are paid for once. Embroidery barely moves, since each piece costs the same machine time regardless of how many you order. That is why the right method for a bulk order is often not the right method for a sample.
The size run is the risk
Most bulk orders fail on the size distribution, not on the printing. Ordering a standard curve across a group that does not match it leaves you with unworn stock at both ends. Collect measurements rather than size guesses, and remember the range runs to 5XL, which most suppliers do not stock.

Yes. One printed t-shirt is from ₹465 + GST online, so you can hold the cloth and the print before you approve the run.
How early should we order a big run for an event?
Dispatch is 4 to 30 days from approving the mockup, and big runs sit toward the longer end. Send the event date with the artwork and the dispatch date comes in writing with the mockup.
