Returns, refunds and cancellations
Seven days to return Line pieces; custom work is made for you.
Line pieces: 7 days to return
- You can return any Line piece within 7 days of delivery.
- It must be unworn and unwashed, with its tags on.
- Return shipping is on us. Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number, and we will tell you how to send it back.
- Want a different size? Return the piece and order the size you need; the refund for the first one goes back as below.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method: the card, UPI account, wallet or bank account you paid with. We start the refund once the piece reaches us and we have checked it. Your bank or card issuer usually takes 5 to 7 working days to show it.
Custom pieces from the Lab and the Box
Lab and Box orders are made to your artwork and your choices, so they cannot be returned because you changed your mind. If anything we made does not match the artwork you approved, or arrives faulty or damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will remake it or refund it.
Cancelling an order
- Line orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they are dispatched.
- Lab and Box orders can be cancelled for a full refund until you approve the artwork.
- Once you approve the artwork, production starts and a Lab or Box order can no longer be cancelled.
