The method follows the garment. All five are done on our own floor, so your logo never leaves our hands for someone else's print shop.

What should I know about custom jackets?
The short guide.
Branding a technical shell
Embroidery puts needle holes through a fabric whose job is keeping water out, which is fine on a cotton bomber and a real consideration on a coated windcheater. On technical shells an applied or heat-sealed badge is usually the right call, and it is worth deciding before the artwork is prepared.
Keep the mark small
A jacket is worn in public for years, which cuts both ways. A discreet left chest mark gets worn everywhere. A large back print turns the jacket into a uniform people put on only when required, which defeats the point of giving it to them.

How much do custom jackets cost?
It depends on the jacket, the branding method and the count. Send the logo and how many you need, and we come back with a per piece price and a mockup before anything is made.
Can staff jackets carry each person's name?
Yes. A name or initials can go on the chest under the logo, from one list of names and sizes.
Can jackets be embroidered?
Cotton bombers, yes. On coated or technical shells an applied badge is usually better, because embroidery perforates the fabric.
Where should the logo go on a jacket?
Left chest for anything people should wear outside work. Back prints read as uniform.
What jacket types do you brand?
Windcheaters, bombers and varsity jackets. Varsity jackets have their own page: custom varsity jackets.
What is the minimum order?
One piece, on most of the range. Extended colours and your own Pantone start at one roll of cloth, about 50 polos or 75 tees, because the cloth is dyed for you.
