Personalised pens
Personalised pens carry your logo, or a person's name, laser engraved on metal or printed on plastic. Sourced and branded by us, ordered on their own or as part of a desk set or gift box.
One pen is a real order. Send the names as a list; every spelling is on the mockup you approve before anything is engraved.

What usually goes wrong with personalised pens?
Four things, and how we take each one away.
You approve a sample, and something else arrives.
You approve the list of what goes in and a mockup of every branded piece. Nothing is bought until you say yes.
Three hundred home addresses, and you end up packing.
Our team packs and labels every box, to one office or to every home address on your list.
The boxes land after the joining date or the festival.
Tell us the date they must arrive and the quote is dated to it: 4 to 30 days from approval.
"Minimum 100 pieces", for a team of twelve.
One piece is a real order, so you can hold a sample before the run.
Why choose Fleeke for personalised pens?
A pen people keep, with the name spelt right.
- 01
Engraved on metal
Laser engraving on a metal barrel is permanent and will not rub off in a pocket.
- 02
Weight matters
A pen with some weight and balance gets used. A light one gets lent and lost.
- 03
Refills keep it going
A pen that takes a standard refill outlives its first cartridge.
Which piece do you need?
Stationery, with your logo.
Every piece branded by us, with a mockup to approve first. Mix them into a box, or send one on its own.
How does a gift order work?
Four steps, and you approve the list.
- 01
Tell us who it is for
Joiners, clients, a festival, an event. The occasion decides the contents more than the budget does.
- 02
We choose it with you
Our own apparel, made in India, and the rest sourced to the same standard. You approve the list before anything is bought.
- 03
Your mark goes on
Embroidered or printed by us, on the pieces that should carry it, with a mockup to approve first.
- 04
We pack and we ship
Packed, labelled and sent to one address or to three hundred, with a card from you if you want one.
What does Fleeke guarantee?

You see it before it is made
The list of what goes in, and a mockup of every branded piece, to approve first. Nothing is bought or branded until you say yes.

What should I know about personalised pens?
The short guide.
Engraving or print
On a metal barrel, laser engraving removes the surface finish to leave a crisp mark that cannot wear off, however often the pen is handled. It is one colour by nature. On a plastic barrel, print is the method, and it carries your brand colours. The barrel of a pen is narrow, so a logo has to be simple and short to read clearly. You approve a mockup before anything is branded.
A logo or a name
A logo is the usual mark on a corporate pen. A name on each pen turns it into something personal, which suits leaving gifts, awards and senior client gifts. Where the barrel takes engraving, send the names as a list and they appear on the mockup you approve, so spellings are checked before anything is engraved.
What makes a pen get used
Ink that starts first time and writes smoothly, a weight that feels deliberate in the hand, and a clip that holds. These matter more than the finish. A pen that writes badly goes in a drawer with your logo on it, which is worse than no pen at all.
What else can go in the box?
Other pieces for the box.
Before you ask
Questions about personalised pens.
What fits on the barrel?
Something short and simple. The barrel is narrow, so a one-line name or a simple version of the logo reads best.
Can some pens carry names and the rest our logo?
Yes. Named pens for the people being thanked and logo pens for everyone else go on one order, each shown on the mockup.
What are personalized pens?
Pens carrying your logo or an individual's name, laser engraved on metal or printed on plastic, for gifting and desk sets.
Engraved or printed pens?
Engraving on metal for a permanent mark. Print on plastic where the logo depends on its colours.
Can each pen carry a different name?
Where the barrel takes engraving, yes. Send the names as a list and check them on the mockup before anything is engraved.
Do you make the pens?
No. Pens are sourced and branded by us. Apparel from our own factory can go in the same box.
Can pens go in a gift box?
Yes, on their own, as part of a desk set, or in a box with apparel and other items.
Start with one box.
A sample for you to hold, then the run. Tell us the date it must arrive.
