Privacy policy

Who we are

Fleeke, The Merch Lab is operated by Zorixo Creations Private Limited, registered in India. We decide how your personal data is used, which makes us its Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and, for a business order, your company name and GSTIN.
• What you order or ask for: the products, quotes, builds and messages you send us.
• Artwork: the logos and files you upload for custom orders.
• Your account: your sign-in email and password. The password is stored only as a one-way hash, so no one at Fleeke can read it.
• Usage: which pages are visited and how, through Google Analytics, with IP addresses anonymised.
• Where an order or quote request comes from: the IP address, the device and browser, and the Google Analytics visitor ID of that visit, kept with the order or quote so we can spot fake orders.
• Reviews: the rating, words and photos you send after delivery. We publish them under the name you choose once we have checked them, and remove the location data from photos.

Payments

You enter card, UPI and bank details directly with our payment gateway, Razorpay. We never see or store them; we receive only whether the payment succeeded.

Why we use it

• To make, pack and deliver your order, and to prepare your quote.
• To send you order emails: confirmation, dispatch and tracking.
• To issue GST invoices and keep the records tax and company law require.
• To answer you when you write, call or message us.
• To keep the site secure and stop abuse, such as repeated form spam or fake orders.
• To understand which pages help people, so we can improve them.

No marketing without asking

We do not run a newsletter and we do not send you marketing messages. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first. We never sell your personal data.

Your artwork

Uploaded artwork is kept in private storage, never at a public web address, and only our team can open it. We use it only to make your order. Your artwork stays yours, and we do not show your logo or your finished pieces anywhere without your permission. A file uploaded without completing an order is deleted after 7 days.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to take your payment.
• Our courier partners, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel.
• Resend, our email provider, which sends your order emails.
• The companies that host our website, database and file storage.
• Google Analytics, which receives anonymised usage data.
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us there; their privacy policy applies to that chat.
• Government authorities, only where the law requires it.

Cookies

• A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in to your account.
• A bag cookie remembers what is in your bag.
• Google Analytics cookies count visits. You can block them in your browser without losing anything on the site.

How long we keep it

Your account data stays while your account is open. Orders, invoices and the details on them are kept for as long as tax and company law require, currently up to eight years. Artwork is kept while it is needed for your orders and repeat orders, and deleted when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it. The IP address, device and Google Analytics visitor ID recorded with an order or quote are deleted after 180 days.

Your rights

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Ask us to correct or complete it.
• Ask us to erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Withdraw any consent you have given.
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.
• Complain to our Grievance Officer, and, if you are not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Accounts are for adults. We sell kids' clothing to parents and guardians, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
