Work backwards from the day
An event has a date that does not move, so the order has to be placed against it rather than when it occurs to someone. Artwork approval is the step that consistently takes longer than planned, and it is the one that cannot be compressed at the end. Start there.
Simpler than a team order
Most event jerseys carry one artwork and no individual names, which removes the roster entirely and leaves only a size breakdown. That makes them simpler to approve than a squad order, and it is worth knowing before specifying something more complicated than the occasion needs.

How much do event jerseys cost?

Can each team or house have its own colour?
Yes. One design in a different colour per team, in one order, with a size breakdown for each.
What is the difference from a team jersey?
Event jerseys usually carry one artwork and no individual names, so only a size breakdown is needed rather than a full roster.
How far ahead should I order?
Dispatch is 4 to 30 days from approving the mockup, plus delivery, so work back from the event date and allow time for artwork approval, the step that usually runs over.
Can we still add names if we want?
Yes, with a roster. It moves the order closer to a team jersey in time and cost.
What is the minimum order?
One piece, on most of the range. Extended colours and your own Pantone start at one roll of cloth, about 50 polos or 75 tees, because the cloth is dyed for you.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes, on every order. Add your company GSTIN at checkout or on the quote and it goes on the invoice, so your business can claim the input tax credit.
