Shipping and delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in India. We do not ship outside India yet; if you need to, message us and we will tell you what is possible.

What it costs

• Line orders (our ready-to-wear clothing): free shipping across India, whatever the order value.
• Lab orders (custom apparel) and Box orders (corporate gifts): delivery is quoted with the order, so you see it before you pay.
• Box orders can go to one address or to many. Send us the list and we pack, label and ship each one.

How fast it leaves us

• Line orders are dispatched the same day or the next working day.
• Lab and Box orders are dispatched 4 to 30 days after your artwork is approved, depending on the product, the quantity and the customisation. Your date is confirmed with the mockup or in the quote, before you commit.
• Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Tracking your parcel

When your order leaves us, we email you a tracking link. You can also follow it on our Track an order page with your order number and email address. How long the courier takes depends on your pin code; the tracking link shows the courier's estimate.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the parcel and the piece. We will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
