What usually goes wrong with corporate gifts in Thiruvananthapuram?
Four things, and how we take each one away.
You approve a sample, and something else arrives.
You approve the list of what goes in and a mockup of every branded piece. Nothing is bought until you say yes.
Three hundred home addresses, and you end up packing.
Our team packs and labels every box, to one office or to every home address on your list.
The boxes land after the joining date or the festival.
Tell us the date they must arrive and the quote is dated to it: 4 to 30 days from approval.
"Minimum 100 boxes", for a team of twelve.
One box is a real order, so you can hold a sample before the run.

What should I know about corporate gifts in Thiruvananthapuram?
The short guide.
Gifting through procurement
Technopark companies and institutions usually buy through procurement, which needs a written quote, a GST invoice and a date. Every quote carries all three before anything is bought.
Onam and Vishu boxes
Offices in the city gift around Onam in August or September and Vishu in April. Both follow the Malayalam calendar, so the date is known a year ahead: approve the box a month before and the quote is dated to the day it must arrive.
Delivered to Thiruvananthapuram
There is no Merch Lab in the city, so the first box ships as a sample. Boxes are packed per person and delivered to the office or to each home.
Gifts for visiting delegations
Institutions in the capital host delegations, review teams and visiting faculty through the year, and a branded gift is part of the welcome. A box of our own apparel with a diary or a bottle, your mark on each piece, can be quoted for a single visit of five people or for the year's calendar.
Which other cities do we deliver to?
Corporate gifts in other cities, and what goes in them.
