Which method suits a school polo
Embroidery. A crest on the chest has to survive two hot washes a week for a year, and stitching does that where a fine print on textured pique may not. A child's name can be embroidered under the crest or printed on the back.
Ordering for a school or academy
Send the crest, the polo colour and the size split by class. Extended or Pantone colours to match a school colour are possible from one roll of cloth, which is about 50 polos. Delivery can go to the school or to each family.
