Is there a minimum order?
Retail products have no minimum. Custom decorated orders have a minimum that depends on the garment and the decoration method, shown in the configurator before you commit.
What artwork do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal. High resolution PNG works for DTF. If you only have a low resolution logo, send it anyway and we will tell you what is possible.
Do you review artwork before printing?
Always. Every file is checked and we share a proof before production starts.
Can I get a sample before a bulk order?
Ask in your quote request. Sample availability and cost depend on the garment and decoration.
How do I track an order?
Use the tracking page with your order number and the email address on the order.
