Placing a print on an oversized tee
Because the shoulder drops down the arm, a chest print sits lower than it does on a regular tee, and the back offers a wide, flat area. Most oversized designs put a small mark on the front and the main artwork across the back. The mockup shows exactly where it lands before anything is made.
Which method suits large artwork
DTF handles big, full colour artwork on any shirt colour. DTG suits photographic designs on cotton and leaves the print soft. Screen printing is the economical route when a few colours run across many pieces, as with merchandise for an event or a band.
Ordering one or many
One piece in a stock colour is a real order. For merchandise runs, the same design goes on every piece and the size split is up to you. Extended or Pantone colours are possible from one roll of cloth, which depends on the garment.

Yes. Every garment starts from one piece in a stock colour, with no minimum order.
Should I size up in an oversized t-shirt?
No. Order your usual size; the cut already has the extra room. Size down if you want it closer.
How big can the back print be?
That depends on the size of the garment and the method. Send the artwork and the mockup shows the largest placement that works.
Which print method suits a large back print?
DTF for full colour on any shirt colour, DTG for photographic artwork on cotton, and screen printing for a few colours across many pieces.
