Where the logo sits on a women's polo
The women's block has a narrower shoulder and a shaped body, so a left chest logo is placed a little higher and closer to the placket than on a men's polo. The mockup shows it on the women's cut before anything is stitched, and on the men's cut alongside it for a mixed team.
Uniform for a mixed team
A team order often needs both cuts. The same logo, colour and placement go on the women's and men's polos, with the size split set per cut and a name on each piece if you want one.

No. It is cut on the women's block, with the shoulder and armhole drafted for it.
Will the logo sit where it does on the men's polo?
In the same position by eye. On the women's cut it sits a little higher and narrower, and the mockup shows both.
