What a farewell set usually is
A t-shirt or hoodie for everyone leaving that year. The front carries the class or batch ("Class of 2026", "12 B", "Batch 2022 to 2026"), and the back carries the whole class: a block of names, everyone's signature or an old class photo. In schools the Class 11 juniors often order for the outgoing Class 12; in colleges the final years tend to order for themselves.
What it costs
A crew neck with a small chest print is ₹465 + GST for 1 to 9 pieces and ₹365 for 50 to 99. Fill the back with names or signatures at A3 and it is ₹210 more a shirt at that count. Hoodies start at ₹1,250 + GST with a chest print, or ₹985 for 50 to 99. There is no minimum, and shipping is added at checkout.
How long it takes
Up to 50 pieces in stock colours with a DTF print or embroidery are dispatched from 4 days after you approve the mockup. A larger class or a detailed design can take up to 30 days. Send the farewell date first and it comes back confirmed on the mockup.

The farewell function
The juniors walk the seniors in, the seniors are all in one colour, and the photo on the steps finally has everyone in it. Ask the photographer for one shot from behind so the names make it into the album.

The last-day habit of signing each other's shirts works far better on a tee planned for it: white or cream, a small print on the front, the back left bare for fabric markers.

Put the class photo from the first week on the back with both years under it. DTF prints a photograph in full colour, on one shirt or sixty.

Getting names and signatures onto the shirt.

A block of names
Sixty names fit as one panel up to A3 (29.7 by 42 cm) on the back, the same on every shirt. Send the list as typed text, not a photo of a register, so every spelling comes out exact.

Signatures
Everyone signs in black pen on plain white paper; photograph or scan the sheets in good light and send them. They are set as one panel, and you check each signature on the mockup.

Embroidery on the hoodie
A batch year or the college crest stitched on the chest outlasts any print. Digitizing is ₹300 once under 100 pieces, which across a class of 60 works out to ₹5 a head.
Plan it
When to order, counted back from the farewell.
- Five weeks before
Choose one class rep, settle the look in a single meeting, and start collecting names exactly as people want them spelt.
- Four weeks before
Collect sizes and money against the written quote. For a signature back, this is the week to get everyone's signature on paper.
- Three weeks before
Approve the mockup. Read every name and look at every signature on it, slowly. After this, a spelling cannot change.
- From 4 days after approval
Up to 50 pieces in stock colours with DTF or embroidery are dispatched. A bigger class takes longer, up to 30 days; the exact date is on the mockup.

How much do farewell t-shirts cost?
From ₹465 + GST with a small chest print, for 1 to 9 pieces. For a class of 50 to 99, a tee with the chest print and every name on the back is ₹575 + GST each. Shipping is added at checkout.
Is there a minimum order for farewell t-shirts?
No. A section of 18 orders 18, and anyone who missed the list can order theirs later, on its own.
Can you print every classmate's name on the back?
Yes. Send the names as a typed list and they go on the back of every shirt as one block, up to A3. You approve each spelling on the mockup.
Can each farewell t-shirt carry its owner's name too?
Yes. As well as the class list, each shirt can have its owner's name across the shoulders. Send names with sizes and check them on the mockup.
Can you print our signatures on the t-shirts?
Yes. Get everyone to sign in black pen on white paper, send clear photos or scans, and the signatures print as one panel. A class photo works the same way.
