College fest t-shirts, in hand before the fest
Written for the student coordinator: 200 sizes to collect, sponsors who send their logos in the last week, and a fest date that is not moving. One design, the sponsor panel on the back, a second colour for the volunteers, and a price per head the batch can pay.
Crew neck tees from ₹465 + GST with the fest logo on the chest. At 100 pieces or more, the same tee with an A3 sponsor panel on the back is ₹520.

The short answer
College fest t-shirts, the short version.
What a fest order looks like
One t-shirt for the fest. The fest name or logo sits on the chest, the sponsors fill the back, and the organising committee and volunteers wear the same design in a second colour so visitors know whom to ask. The same plan works for a cultural fest, a tech fest, a sports meet, an NSS or NCC unit, a department or a club. You approve a mockup before anything is made, and sizes run from XS to 5XL in men's and women's cuts.
What it costs per head
The price drops as the count goes up. A crew neck with a small chest print is ₹465 + GST for 1 to 9 pieces, ₹395 from 25, ₹365 from 50 and ₹330 from 100. Put an A3 sponsor panel on the back and a 200-piece order comes to ₹520 a shirt. There is no minimum, so a club of twelve orders twelve. Shipping is added at checkout.
How long it takes
Up to 50 shirts in stock colours with a DTF print or embroidery are dispatched from 4 days after you approve the mockup. A fest order of 200, or a detailed print, can take up to 30 days. The dispatch date is confirmed on the mockup before you pay, so approving it a month before the fest keeps you safe.
Make the fest feel like one
Where a fest t-shirt does its job.
- 01
Inauguration morning
Two hundred students in one colour fill the auditorium for the lamp lighting, and that is the photo the college page posts. Pick a colour that is not the uniform and not the sponsor's banner, so the crowd stands apart from the stage.
- 02
The help desk
A visitor from another college is lost by the second hour. Volunteers in a bright second colour, with "Crew" large across the back, can be found from the far end of the quad. It is the same shirt, so it costs the same.
- 03
The sponsor's return
Sponsors want to be seen in the photos. A clean grid of their logos in one colour reads from across the ground; ten logos in ten colours turns to noise at that distance.
- 04
Second year onwards
A good fest tee is still turning up in the canteen two years later. Keep the front simple, the fest name and the year, and let the back carry the rest.
Ideas to start from
Three fest shirts coordinators ask for.
Starting points. The colour, the logo and the line change to your fest's own.

The sponsor back
Fest logo small on the left chest, the fest name and year across the shoulders, every sponsor in one colour in a grid below
Classic crew neck in black, DTF print on the chest and an A3 back

Department tee
The department's name large on the front, the college short form and the year small at the back neck
Classic crew neck in light blue, DTF print front and back

Core committee hoodie
Fest logo embroidered on the chest, "Organising Committee" and each member's name on the back
Classic hoodie in navy, embroidery and DTF print
The garment
Which garment for which fest.
Classic CrewneckThe fest workhorse. The lowest price per head, 180 GSM combed cotton that copes with a day of running around, and ten stock colours to keep crew and volunteers apart. From ₹465 + GST with a chest print
Classic CrewneckThe same tee cut on the women's block, ordered in the same batch at the same price, so nobody on the team is swimming in a men's medium. From ₹465 + GST with a chest print
Classic OversizedFor a cultural fest where the shirt is part of the look: a relaxed fit and heavier 220 GSM cotton. It costs more per head, so it suits a smaller team. From ₹610 + GST with a chest print
Classic HoodieFor the core committee, or a fest in December. Embroider the logo and it outlives the degree. From ₹1,250 + GST with a chest printPrint or embroidery
Print methods, and what each does well at a fest.
- 01
DTF print
Full colour from a single shirt, so a sponsor logo with a gradient prints the way it was sent. An A6 chest logo is ₹50 a shirt at 1 to 9 pieces and ₹35 from 100; an A3 sponsor back is ₹265 dropping to ₹190.
- 02
Screen print
Suits a very large run of one design in one or two flat colours, like a sports meet where everyone gets the same white logo. Send the count and the artwork and it is priced on the quote.
- 03
Embroidery
For the committee hoodie or a department polo that should last past graduation. A left-chest logo is ₹40 to ₹60 a piece depending on the count and how dense the design is, plus ₹300 once to digitize it under 100 pieces.
Plan it
When to order, counted back from fest day.
- Six weeks before
Fix the design and give sponsors a cut-off for their logos. Ask for a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF). A sponsor who signs in the last week goes on the banner, not the shirt.
- Five weeks before
Post the mockup in the class and club groups and open a form for names, sizes and payment. Close it in a week; stragglers can be a small second order.
- Four weeks before
Approve the final mockup with the count per size. A 200-piece order or a detailed print can take up to 30 days, and the dispatch date is written on the mockup.
- Fest week
Sort the cartons by department and size and hand out against your sheet. In Bengaluru or Chennai, the box can be collected from a Merch Lab instead of waiting for the courier.
The group
Collecting money and sizes from 200 people.
- 01
One form, not a group chat
Name, roll number, department, size, cut and the UPI reference, in one form. Paste the size chart link at the top so nobody guesses. That sheet is what you send us.
- 02
Fix the price before you collect
Collect against the written quote and the mockup, not an estimate. The price per shirt depends on the count, so close the form first; a second order of fifteen is priced as fifteen.
- 03
Let the sponsors pay for the back
The difference between a chest-only tee and one with an A3 sponsor back is ₹190 a shirt at 100 pieces. That is a number you can put in front of a sponsor.
- 04
Order one first
One shirt is a real order. Get the coordinator's tee made first, pass it around the class, then collect from everyone.

Before you ask
Questions about college fest t-shirts.
How much do college fest t-shirts cost per person?
A crew neck with a small chest print is ₹465 + GST for 1 to 9 pieces and ₹330 from 100. Add an A3 sponsor panel on the back and it's ₹520 a shirt at 100 or more. Shipping is added at checkout.
Is there a minimum order for fest t-shirts?
No. One shirt is an order. A club of twelve orders twelve, a fest of 500 orders 500, and the price per shirt drops at 10, 25, 50 and 100 pieces.
How fast can you deliver t-shirts for our college fest?
Up to 50 shirts in stock colours with a DTF print or embroidery go out from 4 days after you approve the mockup. Bigger or more detailed orders take up to 30 days. Either way, the date is on the mockup before you pay.
Can you print sponsor logos on the back?
Yes. Send each logo, ideally as a vector file, and they go on the back as one panel up to A3, in full colour or all in one colour. You see the layout on the mockup first.
Can volunteers get a different colour from everyone else?
Yes. Same design, another stock colour, same order. Most coordinators go bright for volunteers and put "Crew" or "Volunteer" big on the back.
Can each fest t-shirt have a name on it?
Yes. Send the sheet with each person's name and size, and every shirt is printed with its own. Check the spellings on the mockup; that's the last chance to fix them.
Can the sports meet team get jerseys instead of cotton tees?
For playing, yes, and polyester is the better fabric for it. Have a look at our jerseys for events and sports days page.
Do you give a GST invoice to the college or the student association?
Yes. If the college or the association has a GSTIN, send it with the order and it goes on the invoice.
Can we see a sample before collecting money from the batch?
Order one shirt in your design. It's a normal order at the 1 to 9 price, and it lets the class feel the cloth and see the print before anyone pays.
Start with the coordinator's shirt.
Design it online in a few minutes and order one to check, or send the brief and the count and we come back with a mockup.
