What a team outing order is
T-shirts or polos for a company day out: an offsite at a resort, a team-building day, an annual day or a sports day. Usually one shirt for everyone with the company logo, often in four colours for four teams, sometimes with the event on the back. Men's and women's cuts and sizes XS to 5XL come in one order, with a written quote for approval and a GST invoice carrying your company's GSTIN.
What it costs
A crew neck with a small chest print is ₹465 + GST for 1 to 9 pieces, ₹430 from 10, ₹395 from 25, ₹365 from 50 and ₹330 from 100. The event on the back at A4 adds ₹105 to ₹145 a shirt. A Classic polo with an embroidered logo is ₹585 for 50 to 99, plus ₹300 once to digitize the logo. Shipping is added at checkout.
How long it takes
Up to 50 pieces in stock colours with a DTF print or embroidery are dispatched from 4 days after you approve the mockup. Larger or more detailed orders take up to 30 days. The dispatch date is on the mockup, before finance releases the payment.

Logo, team names and the event: how each is done.

Embroidery for the logo
A logo stitched on the left chest looks like company wear rather than event wear. ₹40 to ₹60 a piece by count and density, plus ₹300 once to digitize under 100 pieces; free from 100.

For team names, the event theme and full-colour art, priced by size: from ₹35 for an A6 at 100 pieces up to ₹265 for an A3 at 1 to 9.

Names on each
Send the employee list with names and sizes and each shirt carries its owner's name. On a sports day, the umpire can finally call players by name.

Get the budget per head approved using the prices above. Send the logo, the headcount and the date for a written quote.
- Three weeks before
Share a form for size, cut and team. Approve the mockup with the size split; the dispatch date is on it.
- From 4 days after approval
Up to 50 pieces in stock colours with DTF or embroidery are dispatched. Bigger or more detailed orders take up to 30 days.
- Outing week
Delivered to the office, or to each office if teams come in from different cities. In Bengaluru, collect from the Merch Lab in Koramangala, Kadubeesanahalli or Electronic City.
