What a trip set is
Matching t-shirts for a group travelling together: friends on a Goa trip, a gang flying to Thailand, Bali or Vietnam, a family holiday in Europe or Dubai. Usually one design for everyone with the destination and the dates, and each shirt with its own name or role on the back. You design it online or send us the idea, approve a mockup, and the box arrives at one address before you leave.
What it costs and when to order
A crew neck tee with a small chest print is ₹465 + GST, an oversized tee ₹610 and a hoodie ₹1,250. The route on the back adds ₹80 (A5) to ₹265 (A3) a shirt. Stock colours with DTF print or embroidery, up to 50 pieces, are dispatched from 4 days after mockup approval. We deliver across India, so plan for the box to reach you before the flight, not at the hotel.

The airport photo
Everyone in one colour at the departure gate is the first photo of the trip and the one that gets printed. It helps in a crowd too: a red group is easy to count at a busy terminal or a night market, especially with kids or parents along.

Treat it like a tour shirt: the route (Bengaluru, Bangkok, Phuket, Krabi), the dates and the trip's name. Years later, this is the part people read out.

How the trip goes on the shirt.

DTF print
Full colour from one shirt, priced by print size, not by colours: a map, a sunset or the route in five colours costs the same as one colour. Every name on the back is printed from your list.

Embroidery
For hoodies and anything that should still look good on the next trip. Digitizing is ₹300 once per design under 100 pieces.
- 03
Names and roles
Send the names (or the roles) with the sizes. Each shirt gets its own at no setup cost, and you check every one on the mockup.
Plan it
When to order, counted back from the flight.
- A month before you fly
Fix the design and the colour; collect sizes and the name or role each person wants. For an international trip, count back from the flight, not from the first day there.
- Three weeks before
Approve the mockup. Large or detailed orders, like a big family in embroidered hoodies, can take up to 30 days, so they approve earlier.
- From 4 days after approval
Stock colours with DTF print or embroidery, up to 50 pieces, are dispatched. The delivery date for your city is on the mockup.
- Before you pack
Open the box and try them on at home. If anything is not what you approved, we reprint it free, which is far easier to sort out before you leave.
The group
A whole group, and all its sizes, in one order.

One collector, one address
One person collects names and sizes in a shared sheet and receives the box. We deal with that one person, not with twelve.

Kids on the trip
Kids' tees go from 2 to 14 years in black, grey melange, navy, red and white, priced as the adult crew neck, so a family trip can match from the youngest up.

Flying in from abroad
If cousins are coming from Dubai or London to join, have the box delivered to the Indian address you all leave from.

How much do group trip t-shirts cost?
A crew neck tee with a small chest print is from ₹465 + GST, an oversized tee ₹610 and a hoodie ₹1,250. The route on the back adds ₹80 to ₹265 a shirt by print size, and the price per piece drops at 10, 25, 50 and 100 pieces.
Can we order trip t-shirts for just two or three people?
Yes. There is no minimum: one shirt is a real order, so two friends or a couple on a trip pay the one-piece price, nothing more.
How fast can you deliver Goa trip t-shirts?
Stock colours with DTF print or embroidery, up to 50 shirts, are dispatched from 4 days after you approve the mockup. The delivery date for your city is on the mockup; in Bengaluru and Chennai you can collect from a Merch Lab.
Can every trip t-shirt have a different name?
Yes. Send the names or roles with the sizes and each shirt is printed with its own, at no setup cost. You see them all on the mockup first.
Which t-shirt is best for a trip to Thailand or Goa in the heat?
A cotton crew neck in a light colour such as white, cream, light blue or light green, with the print kept to the chest and the back. The oversized tee is the roomier choice for the beach.
What should we wear on a cold trip like Manali or Europe in winter?
A hoodie or a zipper hoodie with the trip embroidered on the chest. Order the tee too and wear it underneath, so the same design shows in every photo.
Can you deliver the trip t-shirts abroad?
We deliver across India. For an international trip, have the box sent to an address in India before you fly, which is also the surest way for everyone to have theirs at the airport.
Can you print a map or our flight route on the back?
Yes. DTF prints full colour from a single shirt, so a map, a route line or a list of stops is no extra cost beyond the print size. Send a sketch or a reference and the mockup shows it before anything is made.
Do you make family trip t-shirts with kids' sizes?
Yes, kids from 2 to 14 years and adults XS to 5XL in the same order. See matching family t-shirts.
