What a reunion order is
Shirts for a batch or alumni meet: the school or college crest, the batch year ("Batch of 2001", "25 years") and often a line only your batch will understand. A polo for the main event and a tee for the family day or the trip is a pairing that covers both. Each shirt can go to its owner's address anywhere in India, or all of them to the venue.
What it costs
A crew neck tee with a small chest print is from ₹465 + GST, and ₹365 at 50 to 99 pieces. A Classic polo with the crest embroidered on the chest is ₹745 for 1 to 9 and ₹585 for 50 to 99, plus ₹300 once to digitize the crest; from 100 pieces digitizing is free. There is no minimum. Shipping is added at checkout.
How long it takes
Up to 50 pieces in stock colours with a DTF print or embroidery are dispatched from 4 days after you approve the mockup. Bigger batches and detailed crests can take up to 30 days, and the date is confirmed on the mockup.

Twenty years changes faces more than anyone expects. When the batch arrives in one colour, the first minute is easier, and a name or a school nickname across the back does a lot of quiet work.

Stand on the same steps as the class photo of 2001, in one colour this time. Print the original on the back of the shirt and the then-and-now picture makes itself.

Invite the teachers who are still around and hand each one the batch shirt with a line of thanks on the back. It costs one more shirt.

Crest, photo and names: how each is done.

Embroidery for the crest
A school crest is the one thing worth stitching. A dense left-chest crest is ₹60 a piece for 1 to 9 shirts and ₹50 from 25, with ₹300 once to digitize it under 100 pieces.

DTF print
For the then-and-now photo, a colourful batch logo or a big line on the back. Full colour from one shirt, priced by size: ₹50 for A6 up to ₹265 for A3 at 1 to 9 pieces.

Names on each
Send the name each person went by in school. "Chotu" on the back gets a bigger laugh at the gate than the full name on the register.
Plan it
When to order, counted back from the reunion.
- Six weeks before
Share the design in the batch WhatsApp group and open a form: name, size, cut, and the address it should go to. Collect money against the quote.
- Four weeks before
Approve the mockup with every name checked. If shirts should reach homes before the day, every address is needed now.
- From 4 days after approval
Up to 50 pieces in stock colours with DTF or embroidery are dispatched; a bigger batch or a detailed crest can take up to 30 days. The date is on the mockup.
- The week before
Each batchmate opens a parcel with their own name on the shirt. If the reunion is in Bengaluru or Chennai, the organiser can collect the rest from a Merch Lab.

Send one sheet with each person's address and size. Every shirt is packed for its owner and shipped anywhere in India; shipping is added for each address.

Sizes have moved on
Ask everyone to lay a shirt they wear now against the size chart rather than quote their college size from memory. Men's and women's cuts run from XS to 5XL.

Partners and children
Families come for the second day. Kids 2 to 14 and adults go in the same order, the kids' tee at the same price as the adult Classic.

Batchmates abroad
Delivery is within India, so send theirs to family here, or to the organiser to carry back.
