What a gym or studio orders
Usually three things. Staff tees that trainers wear every shift, with the logo on the chest and "Coach" or "Trainer" on the back so new members know who to ask. Member merch to sell at the front desk, which is mostly oversized tees and, in winter, hoodies. And polos for coaches at academies who deal with parents. Our tees and hoodies are cotton; our polyester garment is the Active Polo, and for polyester round-neck training tops we make sublimated jerseys.
What it costs
A crew neck staff tee with a chest logo is ₹465 + GST for 1 to 9 pieces and ₹430 from 10; with "Coach" on the back at A4, ₹565 from 10. An oversized member tee with a chest print is ₹610 at 1 to 9 and ₹520 from 25. The Active Polo with a chest print is from ₹550. No minimum, so you can test a design with a few pieces before stocking it. Up to 50 pieces in stock colours are dispatched from 4 days after mockup approval.

Members buy what they would also wear outside the gym. Put an oversized tee with a small logo next to one with a slogan, in black or off-white, and let the desk tell you which works for your members.

Cotton, polyester and the print: what to choose.

Cotton, honestly
Cotton is comfortable for yoga, strength sessions, the front desk and wearing out of the gym. It soaks up sweat and gets heavy in a hard conditioning class or a CrossFit workout. For that, train in polyester: the Active Polo, or a round-neck sublimated jersey from our jersey range.

DTF print
Full colour from one piece, which is how you test a design before stocking it. Keep training prints modest in size: a big print is a layer on the fabric that breathes less than the cotton around it. ₹50 for a chest print at 1 to 9 pieces.

Embroidery
For coach polos and the premium drop. A dense left-chest logo is ₹60 at 1 to 9 pieces and ₹50 from 25, plus ₹300 once to digitize the logo under 100 pieces.
Plan it
How to stock a gym without guessing.
- Week one
Order the staff tees: enough per trainer to cover the days between washes. Send the logo and each trainer's size.
- Week two
Order two or three designs of the member tee, a few pieces each. One piece is an order, so a test costs a few hundred rupees a design.
- Week four
Put them on the desk and on your trainers' social posts. Note which design and which sizes went first.
- Then reorder
Order the design that sold, in the sizes that went, at the next price tier. Up to 50 pieces in stock colours are dispatched from 4 days after the mockup is approved.

Before you ask
Questions about gym t-shirts.
Are cotton t-shirts good for gym workouts?
For strength training, yoga and a moderate class, yes. For a hard conditioning session, cotton soaks up sweat and gets heavy. Train in polyester: our Active Polo or a sublimated jersey.
Do you make polyester gym t-shirts?
Our polyester garments are the Active Polo, which is moisture-wicking and UPF 50+ treated, and sublimated polyester jerseys in round neck or collared styles. Our t-shirts and oversized tees are cotton.
How many t-shirts does each gym trainer need?
Enough to cover the days between washes. A trainer working six days a week with laundry twice a week needs at least three or four. At 10 pieces or more, the staff tee is ₹430 + GST each.
Which colour t-shirt hides sweat best for trainers?
Black and navy. Grey melange and light colours show sweat patches clearly, which is fine for members but not for staff on a double shift.
Can I order a few gym t-shirts to test before stocking the front desk?
Yes. There's no minimum, so order two or three of each design, see what sells, then reorder that one at the next price tier.
What gym merch should we sell at the front desk first?
Test before you stock. A good first test is an oversized tee in black or off-white, one with a small logo and one with a line your members say, a few pieces each. Add hoodies for winter.
Can coaches at our sports academy get polos with their names?
Yes. The academy crest on the left chest and each coach's name under it, embroidered or printed. You check every name on the mockup.
Do you make hoodies for a gym to sell in winter?
