What a hackathon order usually is
Event shirts split by role: an attendee tee for everyone who registers, another colour for volunteers and organisers, and a better shirt for speakers, mentors and judges. The event logo goes on the chest, sponsors on the back, and the role ("Volunteer", "Mentor") large enough to read across a hall. The same plan fits a developer meetup, a tech conference or a college coding weekend.
What it costs
A crew neck with a chest print is ₹465 + GST for 1 to 9 pieces and ₹330 from 100. Add an A3 sponsor wall on the back and 300 attendee tees come to ₹520 each. A speaker's Heavy polo with an embroidered logo is ₹755 at 10 to 24 pieces, plus ₹300 once to digitize the logo. The GST invoice carries your company's GSTIN, and shipping is added at checkout.
How long it takes
Up to 50 shirts in stock colours with a DTF print or embroidery are dispatched from 4 days after mockup approval, which suits the volunteer and speaker shirts. The 300-piece attendee run can take up to 30 days. Every mockup carries its dispatch date.

The sponsor wall in full colour, every logo as it was sent. At 100 pieces or more an A6 chest logo is ₹35 and an A3 back is ₹190.

Embroidery
For the speaker polo and the organiser hoodie. A left-chest logo is ₹50 to ₹60 a piece for a dense design, with ₹300 once to digitize under 100 pieces.

Worth asking about for a very large run of one design in one or two flat colours. Send the count and the artwork and it is priced on the quote.
Plan it
When to order, counted back from the event.
- Five weeks before
Close the sponsor list for the shirt. Collect each logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) and decide which tier prints at which size.
- Four weeks before
Make size and cut required fields in registration. Approve the attendee mockup with the size split; a 300-piece run can take up to 30 days.
- Two weeks before
Order the volunteer and speaker shirts once the counts settle. Up to 50 in stock colours with DTF or embroidery go out from 4 days after approval.
- Event week
Ship to the venue, or collect from the Merch Lab in Koramangala, Kadubeesanahalli or Electronic City if the event is in Bengaluru.

How much do hackathon t-shirts cost?
A crew neck with a chest print is from ₹465 + GST, and ₹330 at 100 pieces or more. With an A3 sponsor wall on the back, it's ₹520 each at 100 or more. Shipping is added at checkout.
What is the minimum order for tech event t-shirts?
There isn't one. A 40-person meetup orders 40, and the price per shirt drops at 10, 25, 50 and 100 pieces.
How fast can you deliver t-shirts for a hackathon?
Up to 50 shirts in stock colours with a DTF print or embroidery go out from 4 days after you approve the mockup. A run of a few hundred can take up to 30 days. The date is on the mockup before you pay.
Can speakers and volunteers have a different colour?
Yes. Same design in another stock colour, or a different garment for speakers, like a polo, all in one order.
Can sponsor logos be sized by sponsorship tier?
Yes. Send the logos and the tiers. Title sponsors go large at the top and the rest sit in rows below, on one back panel up to A3. You approve the layout on the mockup.
Can you print each attendee's name or GitHub handle?
Yes. Send a sheet with the name or handle and the size, and each shirt gets its own. It's easiest when registration closes before you approve the mockup.
Do you give a GST invoice for event merch?
Yes, with your company's GSTIN on it.
Can you deliver straight to the venue?
Yes, anywhere in India. If the event runs in more than one city, each city's share can go to its own venue.
Do you make hoodies for the organising team?
