What a national day order is
T-shirts ordered by a school, a housing society, a college or a company for Republic Day on 26 January or Independence Day on 15 August. One design in saffron, white and green for the flag hoisting, the cultural programme and the group photo afterwards. Kids from 2 to 14 years and adults from XS to 5XL go in one order, with one GST invoice.
What it costs
A Classic crew neck with a small chest print is ₹465 + GST for 1 to 9 pieces, ₹430 from 10, ₹395 from 25, ₹365 from 50 and ₹330 from 100, and kids' sizes cost the same as adults'. The date or a slogan large on the back is an A4 print, ₹145 dropping to ₹105 a shirt from 100. Shipping is added at checkout.
How long it takes
Up to 50 shirts in stock colours with a DTF print are dispatched from 4 days after you approve the mockup. A bigger order or screen printing takes 12 days, and the date is written on the mockup. Courier time to your city comes on top, so an order placed on the 24th will not reach a school by the morning of the 26th.

The flag itself, left off
The law that protects the National Flag, the Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971 as amended in 2005, lists using the flag as part of anything worn below the waist, and embroidering or printing it on dress material, among the ways of disrespecting it. So our designs use the three colours, the date and your name, not the flag. The State Emblem has its own law restricting its use, so leave that off too.

DTF print
For a tricolour band or a design in full colour from one shirt. A6 on the chest is ₹50 at 1 to 9 pieces and ₹35 from 100; an A4 date or slogan on the back is ₹145, dropping to ₹105.

Embroidery
For staff and committee polos that are worn every year: the school or company crest stitched on the chest. ₹300 once to digitise the crest under 100 pieces, free from 100.
Plan it
When to order, counted back from the 26th or the 15th.
- Four weeks before
Fix the design and the count by class or team. For 26 January that is the last days of December, with the school holidays in between; for 15 August, the middle of July.
- Three weeks before
Send the sizes and approve the mockup. The dispatch date is written on it before anyone pays.
- Two weeks before
The last safe point for up to 50 shirts in stock colours with a DTF print: dispatched from 4 days after approval, with courier time on top.
- The week before
Cartons arrive. Hand them out by class or by floor, so nobody is hunting for a size on the morning of the hoisting.

How much do Republic Day t-shirts cost?

Can you print the Indian flag on a t-shirt?
We suggest not. The Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971, as amended in 2005, lists printing or embroidering the flag on dress material, and using it on anything worn below the waist, among the ways of disrespecting it. A design in saffron, white and green with the date and your name carries the day without that question.
Can you deliver Independence Day t-shirts the same day?
No. The fastest orders, up to 50 shirts in stock colours with a DTF print, are dispatched from 4 days after you approve the mockup, and courier time comes on top. Order two to three weeks before the day.
When should a school order Republic Day t-shirts?
Approve the mockup before the winter holidays if you can, and no later than two weeks before 26 January. A whole-school order can take longer than a single class, and its dispatch date is written on the mockup.
Is there a minimum order for Independence Day t-shirts?
No. One shirt is a real order, so a single class, a staff room or a housing society block can order on its own.
Do you make national day t-shirts for kids?
Yes. Kids' crew necks run from 2 to 14 years at the same price as adults', in white, navy, red, black and grey melange. White is the usual base for a saffron and green design.
Can our office use one design for both national days?
Yes. The approved design is kept, so the August order can reuse the January one with a new date on the back.
Do you give a GST invoice for a society or school order?
