Why an anniversary, not only a festival
A Diwali box thanks everyone at once. An anniversary gift reaches one person on a date that belongs to them, which is why people remember it. Keep it about the milestone and the name: the year on the sleeve, a card signed by the team. A product brochure in the box undoes the point.
Putting the year on it
The simplest way to make a gift an anniversary gift is to stitch the year onto it: "Year 3" on the sleeve, or "5 years" under the logo. A sleeve mark up to 3 inches is ₹40 a piece embroidered. Each year's text is its own design, so it is digitised once and reused for everyone who reaches that year, month after month.
Running it as a monthly order
Most companies send one list a month: everyone whose anniversary falls in the following month, with a size and an address. Dispatch is 4 to 30 days from approving the mockup, so the list for March goes in during the first week of February. After the first month the mockups are already approved, and the order is the list.
Remote and hybrid teams
Half the team may not be in the office on their anniversary. Each gift is packed and addressed per person, to the desk or to their home anywhere in India, and the whole month goes on one GST invoice for the company.
