Why see a uniform before you order it
A uniform is worn for eight or ten hours a day and washed several times a week, so the cloth weight, the collar and the fit decide whether staff like it, long before anyone looks at the logo. In a Merch Lab you can put the Classic Polo next to the heavier one, see the embroidery on the cloth, and match the garment colour to your signage. Then one sample in the hand of the person who will wear it answers the rest.
Which Lab suits which part of the city
The Koramangala Merch Lab is on the second floor of Prem Chambers on Jyoti Nivas College Road in 5th Block. Kadubeesanahalli is at N.S. Complex on the Outer Ring Road, for offices and campuses along the tech corridor. Electronic City is on 1st Main Road, Shanthipura, in Phase II, for the south of the city. All three are open 11:00 to 21:00, every day, so a restaurant manager can come after lunch service.
Polo, tee or chef coat, by role
Front of house usually wears an embroidered polo, because a collar reads as a uniform and embroidery survives hot washing. Kitchens wear chef coats, priced on a quote. Delivery riders and field staff in the sun are better in the polyester Active Polo, and back office or event staff often take a printed tee. Each role is its own specification on the same order and the same invoice.

The garments are made in our own manufacturing unit in India and branded in-house. The Bengaluru Merch Labs are where you see them, order them and collect them. That split is why a reorder eighteen months later matches: the same unit makes the same garment to the saved specification, and the Lab you know hands it over.

How long does a staff uniform order take?
Up to 50 pieces in a core colour with embroidery are dispatched from 4 days after you approve the mockup; bigger orders or contrast details take 12 days. The date is written on the mockup.
Can new staff get a matching uniform later?
Yes. The garment, colour and logo are saved as a specification, so a new joiner's uniform is made to match, from one piece.
