1. Do you make anything yourselves, or source everything?
Most gifting companies buy every item they sell. That is not wrong, but it means quality depends on someone else's factory. Ask which items they make and which they buy.
Our answer: the apparel is ours. Tees, polos and hoodies are cut, sewn and branded in our own factory in India, under an ISO 9001 quality system. Bottles, mugs, diaries, pens, tech and bags are sourced and branded by us.
2. Can I order one box before the full run?
A photo of a box tells you nothing about the weight of a hoodie or the finish on a bottle. Ask for one box, at a real price, before you commit to two hundred.
Our answer: yes. One box is a real order.
3. What do I approve before anything is bought?
The cheapest mistake is the one caught before money is spent. Ask what you will see and when.
Our answer: a list of what goes in the box and a mockup of every branded piece. Nothing is bought or branded until you say yes, and changes to the mockup are free.
4. How is the logo put on each item, and why that way?
A company that brands everything the same way is not thinking about the item. Steel takes engraving, ceramic takes print, leatherette takes debossing, a polo takes embroidery. Ask for the method item by item.
Our answer: the method follows the material, and the mockup of each piece shows the mark and how it is made before anything is branded.
5. What happens if a piece arrives branded wrong?
This is the question that tells you the most. Ask for the answer in writing.
Our answer: if any branded piece in your box is not what you approved, we make it again at our cost: the apparel, the bottles, the mugs, the diaries, all of it.
6. Can each box go to a different home address?
Hybrid and remote teams need a box at every home, not a pile at reception. Ask who packs, who labels and who chases a failed delivery.
Our answer: packed and labelled by our team, to one office or to every home address on your list, anywhere in India.
7. How do you collect sizes for apparel?
Apparel is the gift people keep longest and the one that goes wrong most, because sizes are guessed. Ask how the company gets real sizes.
Our answer: send the size chart and ask each person to measure a t-shirt they already own. That gives a number to order against, not a guess. Where sizes cannot be collected, as with clients, we suggest objects for those boxes and apparel for the staff ones.
8. When will it arrive, and is the date in writing?
"Two to three weeks" is not a date. Ask for a dispatch date tied to your approval, and say when the boxes must arrive.
Our answer: 4 to 30 days from your approval, depending on the box. Tell us the date it must arrive and the quote is dated to it.
9. Will I get one GST invoice for everything?
Finance will ask. Apparel from one vendor and objects from another means two invoices, two approvals and two delivery schedules.
Our answer: apparel and objects go on one order, into one box, on one GST invoice with your company GSTIN on it.
10. Who answers when something changes?
Headcount changes. Someone leaves, someone joins, an address is wrong. Ask who you will talk to and when they are available.
Our answer: one team on WhatsApp, phone and email, 11:00 to 21:00 every day.

What should make you walk away?
- No mockup, or a mockup of only the hero item and not the rest.
- A minimum of fifty boxes before you have seen one.
- "Branding as per sample" with no method named.
- No answer on mistakes, or an answer that depends on who made the error.
- A price per box with no list of contents.
When should I start asking?
Festive weeks are the busiest of the year for every gifting company. For Diwali or the new year, brief well before the season, not in it. For a welcome kit, start when the hiring plan is known, so the first box is ready for the first joiner. Our guides to employee welcome kits and gifts for clients cover what to put in each, and corporate gift ideas sorts the options by occasion and budget.
When you are ready, send the occasion, the headcount and the date and ask us all ten questions. We would rather answer them before you order than after.
Quick answers
What should I look for in a corporate gifting company?
A sample box before the run, a mockup of every branded piece before anything is bought, a written promise on what happens if a piece is branded wrong, delivery to each person's address, and one GST invoice.
Is it better to use a gifting company that makes its own products?
For apparel, yes: the quality of the cloth and the cut is then theirs to control. For bottles, pens and tech, sourcing is normal. Ask which is which.
Can I order a single gift box first?
From us, yes. One box is a real order, so you can hold a sample box before you order the full run.
How long does a corporate gift order take?
With us, 4 to 30 days from your approval, depending on what is in the box. Give the date the boxes must arrive and the quote is dated to it.
What if a gift is branded wrong?
We make it again at our cost, whatever the item: apparel, bottles, mugs or diaries, as long as it is not what you approved.
